"If Beale Street Could Talk" Screening with Tracee Ellis Ross and Gucci for Essie Justice Group and MeToo Movement

RAD partnered with Tracee Ellis Ross and Gucci for a screening of If Beale Street Could Talk with Annapurna Pictures, Kiki Layne and Stephan James.

Tracee chose ‘ME TOO’ MOVEMENT and ESSIE JUSTICE GROUP as the beneficiaries of Gucci’s donation in her honor and used her platform while introducing the event to speak about both organizations, why they’re meaningful to her, and how guests can support each.

Her heartfelt advocacy set the stage for a truly beautiful evening, starting with a screening of the film and followed by an intimate party with Hollywood and fashion tastemakers and influencers.

Tracee, Kiki, Stephan and many guests were RAD by posting about the evening and the causes, which increased the advocacy and exposure for both organizations.

“GUCCI GIVES BACK ~ thank you @gucci for using your brand for good and for connecting me with @doradberad as host of last night’s @bealestreet screening with @kikilayne and @tdotsteph i was able to amplify the message and support @metoomvmt and @essie4justice, 2 great organizations that are close to my heart. for more about these incredible organizations and the work they’re doing, visit my instagram story. #doradberad”
